 📦 STICHIX – Return & Exchange Policy

At Stichix, we care about your shopping experience. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with a smooth and hasslefree return or exchange process.

 

 1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if the product meets the following conditions:

 The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
 All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
 Request is made within 7 days of delivery.
 Only size exchanges or defectrelated returns are accepted.

 

 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged:

 Items purchased under Sale / Discount / Clearance.
 Customized or personalized products.
 Products showing signs of use, damage, perfume, stains, or wash.

 

 3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for:

 Size issue
 Color exchange (only if available)
 Different product exchange (price difference applies)

Once the product passes our quality check, the exchange order will be shipped within 2–4 business days.

 

 4. Return & Refund Policy

Refund is provided only in the following cases:

 Wrong product received
 Damaged/defective product received
 Missing item

 Refund Options:

 Store Credit (valid for 6 months)
 Bank Refund (7–10 working days after approval)

Note: Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

 5. Return Process

2. Share order number, reason, and unboxing video (for damage claims).
3. Our team will arrange reverse pickup, if available in your area.
4. If pickup is not available, you may have to ship the product to our warehouse.

 

 6. Reverse Pickup Charges

 Free exchange (for first exchange only)
 For returns: ₹80–₹120 may be deducted from the refund depending on your location.

 

 7. Quality Check

All returned items undergo a strict QC process.
If the product fails QC (used, washed, damaged), the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to you.

 

 8. Order Cancellation

 Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
 Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
