1. Where we ship and what it costs SHIPPING POLICY We currently ship across India to every pin code our courier partners serve. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.
2. Order processing time Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 2-3 business days of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during sales or festive periods may take a little longer.
3. Estimated delivery time Destination Estimated delivery after dispatch Surat Rest of Gujarat 8 days Rest of India 10 days These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote locations may take longer.
4. Payment options and Cash on Delivery Online payment is available on all orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Surat city. For delivery addresses outside Surat, please pay online at checkout.
5. Tracking your order Once your order ships, we share your tracking details by WhatsApp or email. If you have not received them within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will find your parcel.
6. Delivery attempts and address errors • Please double-check your address, pin code and phone number before ordering. • Our courier partner will attempt delivery and may call you to confirm a time. • If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable number or a refused parcel, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you about re-shipping, and a re-shipping charge may apply.
7. Your free gift If your order qualifies for the free die-cast car, it is shipped together with your tees in the same parcel. The model is a surprise.
8. Delays Weather, strikes, festivals, regional restrictions and courier delays are outside our control. If your order is running late, reach out and we will chase it with the courier
