5. Tracking your order Once your order ships, we share your tracking details by WhatsApp or email. If you have not received them within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will find your parcel.

Delivery attempts and address errors • Please double-check your address, pin code and phone number before ordering. • Our courier partner will attempt delivery and may call you to confirm a time. • If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable number or a refused parcel, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you about re-shipping, and a re-shipping charge may apply.
